Client Charter
The Faculty of Computing is committed to ensuring the following:
- To provide innovative and high-quality education, research, and services aligned with UTM core values
- To respond to complaints and enquiries within a maximum of 3 working days to ensure customer satisfaction
- To ensure effectiveness in faculty governance, human resource management, facility management, laboratory management, and academic management
- To create a safe, conducive, and sustainable working environment aligned with the university’s core values
- To organise a minimum of three collaborative programmes annually with industry and the community
Quality Policy
The Faculty of Computing is committed and responsible for ensuring that teaching and learning activities, academic management, resource management, as well as curriculum design and development are implemented through an effective and continuously improved Quality Management System (QMS), in line with the vision and mission of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) towards achieving excellence.
