In conjunction with Faculty Computing Research and Innovation (FCRI) Week, the Faculty of Computing at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia is proud to host the UTM AI Hackathon on June 27, 2024. This dynamic competition invites all undergraduate students to demostrate your skills in either project-based or research-based categories focusing on Articificial Intelligence (AI). Structure of Competition and Important Dates:
Kickstart your journey by forming your team and registering for the event. Each team is required to submit the names of all members along with a proposal of your project. This initial phase is crucial as it sets the foundation for your participation in the subsequent rounds.
Fill Up One Registration Form Per Team
Only the teams that successful from the first stage will enter this round. Here, you are required to create a 2 to 5 minutes video that outlines your project/research, accompanied by a compelling presentation slide. This is your hance to visually and persuasively communicate your ideas and progress.
Create and Upload a Two-Minutes
Video and Presentation Slide to Google Drive
Teams that excel in the second stage will proceed to the final round. This final stage invites you to present your project or research in person on June 27th. It is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the practical applications and potential impact of your innovations.
Final Presentation – Attend the Face-to-Face Presentation at N28, Faculty of Computing, UTM
