  1. Kadar harga adalah tertakluk kepada perubahan dari semasa ke semasa.

BORANG PERMOHONAN

Pihak-pihak yang ingin menyewa ruang-ruang universiti seperti yang dinyatakan di atas boleh memohon dengan muat turun borang permohonan menerusi capaian di sini.
Permohonan hendaklah tidak kurang 7 hari bekerja sebelum program diadakan. Kelulusan adalah berdasarkan kekosongan ruang dan pertimbangan pengurusan universiti (kes-kes khas).

 

RUJUKAN PERATURAN PENYEWAAN RUANG-RUANG UNIVERSITI

  1. Peserta / pekerja hendaklah sentiasa berpakaian sopan dan menjaga tatasusila semasa berada di dalam kawasan universiti.
  2. Pihak penyewa juga dikehendaki menjaga kebersihan dan keselamatan persekitaran yang digunakan semasa dan pasca program dijalankan.
  3. Permohonan ini akan terbatal sekiranya pada tarikh berkenaan, ruang tersebut digunakan untuk majlis rasmi universiti.
  4. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang perubahan atau pembatalan tarikh, pihak penyewa hendaklah memaklumkan secara bertulis kepada pihak universiti selewat-lewatnya 7 (TUJUH) hari sebelum tarikh penggunaan ruang berkenaan.
  5. Kelulusan untuk sesuatu program diberikan hendaklah bersamaan dengan aktiviti yang dilaksanakan pada tarikh diluluskan.
  6. Selaras dengan Polisi Pelestarian Kampus Universiti, sebarang penggunaan bekas polisterin untuk tujuan membungkus makanan dan minuman TIDAK DIBENARKAN digunakan di dalam kawasan universiti.
  7. Seluruh kawasan kampus UTM adalah diisytiharkan kawasan LARANGAN MEROKOK dan pihak penyewa hendaklah memastikan peserta / pelawat tidak merokok.
  8. Pihak universiti berhak membatalkan program ini dalam tempoh 7 (TUJUH) hari bekerja sekiranya didapati terdapat pelanggaran syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan oleh universiti seperti yang terkandung di dalam surat kelulusan.
  9. Wakil pihak penyewa / petugas yang terlibat dalam program yang diluluskan hendaklah mengemukakan serta menunjukkan surat kelulusan ini untuk tujuan pengesahan dan rujukan pihak Bahagian Keselamatan UTM.
  10. Segala kerosakan / kemusnahan yang terjadi terhadap harta benda universiti semasa program dilaksanakan akan ditanggung oleh pihak penyewa.
  11. Universiti tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya berlakunya sebarang kemalangan / kecurian / kerosakan harta-benda pihak penyewa / peserta semasa program dilaksanakan.
