OPPORTUNITIES FOR Master and PhD studies (full time research) in Computer Science in the area network and signaling for Health Monitoring Application.

 

Research Topics:

1. Wireless Mesh Netwroks (WMN) cannot be fully realized unless a number of issues related to channel assignment (CA) are properly handled, such as: delivery probability of wireless links and dynamic nature of wireless environment. This research is to design a channel assignment (CA) scheme that will generate the network topologies ensuring less interference, high throughput and better connectivity for providing a reliable data transfer in WMN. The designed of the CA scheme will be implemented into the programmable routers. This research requires knowlledge of low level language and hardware.

*** The  research will be conducted at the Faculty of Computing, UTM Skudai.
