About the Course
The course covers primarily on developing mobile augmented reality interface, an interface that demonstrates how augmented reality as the most flourish young technology – the overlaying of virtual objects on the real world using mobile devices, can enhance the user’s experience in exciting new ways. This professional course will discuss on the fundamental principle of augmented reality and its development technique.
This course will first discusses the fundamental principle of augmented reality and its development in simple application, and then gives insight to AR tools/libraries available & to solve the common technical issues and problems. Numerous existing AR projects and examples will be demostrated to support the discussed theory.

Researchers, Lecturers, Scientists, Engineers, Developers and Students that would want to use or plan to use Augmented Reality (AR) technology, and to learn the fundamental knowledge in mobile AR application development.
Note: Due to the nature of the course, learning expectations, AR required USB camera or WebCam as a display device to enable a simple AR technology. Please ensure the devices are available attached to your computer during the training.
